A church for the people of Barnwell.
Whoever you are, come as you are.

Come and Join Us
All throughout the 2024/25 academic year we are taking time in two main sermon series: CtR Practices and The Fruit of the Spirit.
Whether you are exploring faith, new to faith or have been following Jesus for many years, all are welcome to come and join us on Sunday mornings.

8:30am
Communion
1st Sunday of each month at The Leper Chapel.
Once a month we gather in one of the oldest buildings in the city. Join us for a short reflective spoken communion service.
10:00am
Every Sunday at CTR
Together as one big family we gather for our lively, informal service around tables for the whole service. We give thanks, sing praise to God in worship, pray, are taught from the Bible and spend time talking about what this means for us day to day. On alternating Sundays we celebrate communion together. We also have tea, coffee and cake afterwards as well as Sunday Youth for teenagers.
Whether you’re new to Barnwell, have lived in the area for some time or simply interested in who Jesus is, we’d love to say hello and welcome you.
We’d love to meet you over a cup of tea or coffee and find out more about you
We believe people of every age have a place to belong here at Christ the Redeemer.
There are a number of small communities of adults that meet for food, bible study, prayer and who also think of ways to reach out to Barnwell with the love and life of Jesus.
More than ever before, people are asking questions about life and meaning.
We’ve created a space for you to wrestle with your thoughts and share your opinions in a safe and friendly environment. Each week we explore a different topic of the Christian faith and explore this in an informal way.
